1. Our Services

We provide balloon decoration and event decoration services for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, romantic celebrations, kids' parties, room decorations, balloon arches, balloon garlands, balloon bouquets, and other special occasions.

2. Booking & Advance Payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. The advance payment is used to reserve the date, arrange materials, and prepare for the decoration service.

3. Cancellation

If the customer cancels a confirmed booking, the advance payment will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible regarding any cancellation or change.

4. Decoration Changes

Customers should confirm their preferred theme, colors, design, and requirements before the decoration is prepared. Changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

5. No Return After Decoration

Because balloon decorations are customized and prepared specifically for each event, no return or refund will be provided after the decoration has been completed or installed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including the event date, time, location, and decoration requirements. Access to the venue should be available at the agreed time.

7. Photos & Promotional Use

We may take photographs of completed decorations for our portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise before the event.

8. Changes to Our Services

BalloonDecorationWala reserves the right to update our services, prices, designs, and these Terms of Service when necessary.

9. Agreement

By placing a booking with BalloonDecorationWala, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy.
