Return & Refund Policy

At BalloonDecorationWala, every decoration is specially prepared according to the customer’s requirements, event date, theme, and selected design.

1. No Return or Refund After Decoration

Once the balloon decoration or event decoration has been completed and installed at the customer’s location, no return, cancellation, or refund will be provided.

2. Advance Payment

An advance payment may be required to confirm and reserve a decoration booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the advance payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking.

3. Customer Cancellation

If a customer cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the advance amount paid will not be refunded, as the decoration date, materials, planning, and services may have already been reserved.

4. Changes to Decoration

Any changes to the decoration theme, design, colors, or requirements should be communicated before the decoration is prepared. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after confirmation.

5. Exceptional Situations

Any exceptional refund or cancellation request will be considered at the sole discretion of BalloonDecorationWala, based on the circumstances and applicable terms.

By confirming a decoration booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
